Session 5 : Strikingly

Creating this website, we choosed to include a more visual content, such as pictures, videos, or usefull links. We put the emphasis on main informations and we design the site based on what Gen C would like to see. According to its trend, we only focused on slogan and key words.
Regarding all the elements above, the site shoud suits Gen C site concepts, which are
visual, less content, easy to navigate, clear and uncluttered.

Session 4 : New Media
Basically, the media influence how you are using the world wide web !
The websites you visit and the networks you use colour the information you receive. It matters both when you look for information and entertainment. But you can't depend on only one website to decide what Internet experience has to be like.
However, as the GenC, we are looking for a fast an accurante experience of internet. We do not need to get the whole data, just the main information. We are looking for speed share, that is why we expect from the other site to do the same just like new media sites do it.
Let's have a look on one of those new media : the website OZY
Rather than compete with other news sites on breaking news, Ozy describes its mission as providing high-quality articles for what it calls the “change generation,” an educated, global group unbounded by age, according to its slogan which is : “Ozy will make you smarter, sooner,”
More than that, all articles and information are easily shareable with relatives,which is quite interesting regarding the GenC trend.

Session 1 online : Storytelling
Storytelling
Storytelling
is about telling a story to a specific target in order to reach them and catch
their attention about a company, a brand a specific product or a service.
It allows
the company to improve its marketing. We can find a lot of storytelling with luxury
brand.
First of
all the company must understand the customer's expectations in order to do that
they must make some research. They need to understand who their audience is,
but also to understand what they are interested in and what they want.
Companies
have to choose a content, which has to attract the audience and adapt it with
the right image so that they can imagine themselves to have a grater impact.
A video is
also appropriate as it allows the target audience to plunge into the content in
a more efficient way.
To conclude
story-telling help companies to attract their target audience with the right
content with the right tools. Moreover social media is one of the best ways to
deliver the story.
